Lindsay is an Associate and specialises in resolving the financial arrangements on separation and divorce for both married and unmarried couples. She is experienced in resolving matters by way of negotiation and regularly undertakes court proceedings, including financial remedy proceedings for divorcing couples, proceedings under TOLATA and Schedule 1 of the Children Act for unmarried couples and Children Act proceedings for separated parents.
