Dress code: Lounge Suits and Cocktail Dresses
Timings: Please aim to arrive for pre-dinner drinks from 6.15pm where you will also have an opportunity to take your team photos against our TVFLS Photo Wall. We will be commencing dinner service at 6.45pm. This is a slightly earlier time than previous years to ensure we have plenty of time to enjoy the evening entertainment later on…
Entertainment: For those that like a little a boogie after dinner, we will once again be enjoying live music after dinner! After the speeches we will have the High Energy Trio of ‘TWO & A HALF MEN’ playing the best singalong tunes to keep the party going until carriages at midnight! Parking: Parking will be free on site for guests, but you need to register your vehicle on arrival at the venue. If you do not register your vehicle or scan the QR code on the night you will be charged for parking and TVFLS cannot arrange a refund of this charge.
Drinks: We have a wide range of drinks available (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) from the private bar at the venue for our event.
Seating: We try to satisfy people’s seating requirements where possible. If you wish to sit with any particular firm, chambers or individuals, please note this on the seating request at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate the requests we receive. Please note, if no preference is indicated, we will endeavour to provide a mix of solicitors and barristers at each table but seating you with another member of your firm or chambers where possible.
Guests: You and your firm are welcome to invite guests to join you at the dinner who may not usually receive an invitation from the Society. We would ask that any guests that attend are connected to family law and respect that the event is to network and socialise with others in the local legal network.
