I have been practising in the Thames Valley for most of my career and enjoy being part of a community of such talented family lawyers.
As well as being a lawyer I am an accredited family mediator and an advocate for all forms of non-court dispute resolution. My priority is to ensure my clients are using the right form of dispute resolution to allow them to identify and resolve the issues they need to address, and decisions which need to be made rather than engage in rounds of endless, unhelpful correspondence.
I have particular expertise in resolving mid to high-value financial disputes on divorces involving complex issues such as fraud, overseas assets, business assets and interveners. I also advise on prenuptial agreements, applications to vary maintenance, disputes regarding the arrangements for children and disputes between unmarried partners going through separation.
